Judith West, Cancer Prevention Officer with Cancer Focus NI, visited our school on 2nd October and delivered a number of presentations. Years 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 attended talks on Smoking prevention and Skin cancer prevention. Pupils heard about the cost and consequences of smoking as well as the underhand tactics used by the Tobacco Industry to encourage young people to smoke.
